Home Care Agency, Inc. is a family owned corporation, founded in 1999 and
incorporated in 2002, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. At Ma-Lowe Home Care
Agency, we believe in promoting wellness, healing and comfort by providing
skilled services, education, and quality care in the home and community setting.
These services are provided by a staff of approximately 450 consisting of
Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses.
Since 1999, clients and families have turned to Ma-Lowe to help them find
high-quality and affordable nursing care through our referral services.

Today, Ma-Lowe Home Care Agency provides skilled nursing, home health aide
services, personal care services and homemaker services to individuals throughout
the entire Northern Virginia area.
The Ma-Lowe Home Care Agency is a Medicaid provider for Private Duty Nursing,
Agency Directed Personal Care and Respite Care under the Home and Community
Based Care Waiver Services (which include the Technology Assisted Waiver Services,
the Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Direction (EDCD) waiver services) and
the Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) program.
